Spaghetti Cove – Choeng Mon, Koh Samui, Thailand

When travelling, I like to eat the local food as much as possible but it’s nice to have something different occasionally and even better when you find a good quality option. We chose Spaghetti Cove for the convenient location (main street Choeng Mon) and open air setting but both are matched by delicious food and outstanding service.
The welcome is warm and friendly, drinks are cold and the hosts are full of fun and ready to offer suggestions when consulted. The menu provides plenty of choices including salads, pizzas, pastas, etc. with pages of options. We shared a pizza starter with white cream, blue cheese and parmesan which came out folded like a calzone… yum! The pastry was crunchy, deep fried but not at all heavy. For mains, we went with pasta – Amatriciana (penne) for me and I was very pleased with the rich tomato base, fresh and tasty with a nice touch of chilli. All other meals at our table were just as well received. Dessert is available of course but servings are generous so I’m not sure if I will ever get to try them! Thanks for the great meal, we will definitely be returning again.
